Choptones Paul Jimi100 is the TH-U expansion library, created by Choptones, that recreates the sound of the legendary Paul Reed Smith HDRX100* head. This amplifier was created after meticulously studying Hendrix's Woodstock-era amp circuitry and replicating a period-correct tube configuration. It delivers the vaunted dynamic range that British non-master-volume amps are renowned for.

Choptones has developed one of the most advanced capturing workflows: the amplifier is captured with a wide variety of overdrive pedals, cabinets and microphones, using a systematic procedure that delivers a consistent reproduction of the setups through several guitars and audio interfaces.
